Cancellation of any service renewal should be done 7 days before the start of the next billing cycle. If cancellations are made after the start of the billing cycle then an amount equivalent to the working hours put into the project during that month will be billable, which the clients will be entitled to pay.
Our cancellation policy is simple and helpful for our clients . In case of any project cancellation from the clients’ side, project expenses will be refunded. This will be done within a specific period of 150 days or more.
We will credit the balance only to the account from which the payment is made within 150 days or more of the cancellation request, from the date.
